邯钢集团设备制造安装有限公司厂区占地480亩，其中新厂区300亩，老厂区180亩。设置机械加工、机电安装、金属结构焊接、铸造、锻造、热处理、表面强化、筑炉、在线维检、起重运输等10个专业车间。公司设备配套齐全，拥有包括200t、300t全路面液压汽车吊，3150t油压机，捷克W200HC、齐齐哈尔产TK6920大型数控镗铣床、3.2m滚齿机、重型立卧式车床、系列加工中心和500t轴向压力机、9m井式热处理炉等设备200余台套。
公司现有职工2100余人，其中本科以上技术人员112人，高级职称技术人员34人。可以承接各类厂房建设，冶金设备大中修，板坯、矩形坯、小方坯连铸机及650以下轧机交钥匙工程，可制作、安装各类重型机械产品。我公司承建的邯钢冷轧工程获国家鲁班银质奖，承建的邢钢板坯连铸机交钥匙工程被树为样板工程。

The plant area of Hangang Group Equipment Manufacturing and Installation Co., Ltd. covers an area of 480 mu, including 300 mu of new plant area and 180 mu of old plant area. Set up 10 professional workshops for machining, electromechanical installation, metal structure welding, casting, forging, heat treatment, surface strengthening, furnace building, online maintenance, lifting and transportation. The company has complete equipment, including more than 200 sets of 200t and 300t all road hydraulic truck cranes, 3150t hydraulic presses, Czech W200HC, TK6920 large CNC boring and milling machines produced in Qiqihar, 3.2m gear hobbing machines, heavy vertical and horizontal lathes, series processing centers, 500t axial presses, 9m well type heat treatment furnaces, etc.
The company has more than 2100 employees, including 112 technicians with bachelor's degree or above and 34 technicians with senior professional titles. It can undertake various plant construction, large and medium maintenance of metallurgical equipment, turnkey project of slab, rectangular billet, billet continuous caster and rolling mill below 650, and can manufacture and install various heavy machinery products. The cold rolling project of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. undertaken by our company won the National Luban Silver Award, and the turnkey project of the slab caster of Xingtai Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was built as a model project.
